These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of online French courses and digital resources by Académie Amélie, operated by Amélie CHAPRON, based in South Korea.
By purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility
Our digital products and services (ebooks, courses, and other content) are intended for customers aged 18 years or older. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Products and Services
Académie Amélie offers:

• Online French language courses.

• Digital learning materials (ebooks, worksheets, recordings).

All products are described on our website. Prices, availability, and descriptions may change without notice.

Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using the secure payment methods available (e.g., PayPal).
Prices are listed in USD. The final total price, including any applicable taxes or VAT, will be displayed before completing the payment.
All payments are processed through PayPal. Any issues, disputes, or chargebacks related to payment must be resolved directly with PayPal. We are not responsible for payment processing issues.

Regarding single lessons, lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for refund.

Terms & Conditions for Lesson Packages (10 lessons)

Validity Period Each 10-lesson package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. We encourage a regular pace to ensure the best progress in your French learning journey.

Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be deducted from your package.

Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Available within 14 days of purchase if no lessons have been taken.

• Partial Refund: Once the first lesson of a package has been conducted, the package becomes non-refundable.

Technical Requirements Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for our online sessions.

Refunds and Cancellations (Ebooks & Online Courses)

Due to the immediate delivery of our digital products (ebooks & online courses), all sales are final and non-refundable, except where the product is defective or not delivered as described.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Any technical issues or delivery problems should be reported to contact@academieamelie.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.

Access and Usage
Access to purchased courses and materials is guaranteed for at least one year from the date of purchase and may continue beyond this period for as long as the site operates, at our discretion.
Sharing login details, redistributing, or reselling any materials is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. Any such violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue access at any time for operational or technical reasons.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and courses provided remain the intellectual property of Académie Amélie (Amélie CHAPRON).

Materials are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Liability
Académie Amélie strives to provide accurate and up-to-date content. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchase, except as required by applicable law.

We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA, South Korea) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU) for customers located in the European Union.
